Jim R. “Turtle” Atkins, 39 of Austin passed away suddenly on Feb 22, 2010.
He is proceeded in death by father Jim Atkins and grandmother Consuelo Rosas.
Turtle was born on June 1, 1970 He has survived by wife of 21 years Sylvia Martinez- Atkins Children; Kristal Morales, April, Jason, Alexis, Clarissa, and Nevaeh Atkins.
Parents; Carlos and Janie Nerio, sisters; Diana Atkins, Jeannette Aleman, Cynthia Atkins, Samantha Atkins-Estrada, and Stephanie Nerio. Brothers; Lazaro Atkins, Johnny Atkins, Arnold Atkins, and Carlos Nerio.
and numerous family members. He will be greatly missed. We love you Brother!!!

Visitation and will be from 3-8PM on Thursday February 25, 2010 with Rosary at 6:00PM at the Austin-Peel and Son Chapel 607 East Anderson Lane, Austin. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday February 26, 2010 at the Funeral Home.
